    Ecstatic Dance, Contact Improv

    Dance is a fun way to engage the body in movement. Ecstatic Dance is particularly good because it supports self-connection, body expression in a community setting of no shoes, no talking and no drugs. You often have the option of partner dancing and touch through contact improv.
